03.04.2014

Air Liquide E&C Solutions has awarded Secauto the contract to design and build two analyser shelters for two HYCO* units in Germany.
The end customers are BASF and CHEMPARK DORMAGEN.

Each shelter comprises ten gas analysers (Infra-Red spectrometers, chromatographs, diode laser) and their sampling systems, as well as the distribution of the utilities and air-conditioning.

Secauto will supply :

  • the shelter for the DORMAGEN III project, operated by Air Liquide Deutschland, which is made of concrete and measures 10 metres by 3 metres
  • the shelter for the « Extension H2 »project, operated by BASF on the Ludwigshafen site in Germany, which is made of stainless steel and measures 9 metres by 3 metres
  • these shelters installed in an ATEX zone also have to meet the F90 fire resistance standards.

The particularity of these works is the integration of the analysers in stainless steel and concrete shelters.

The work and services provided by SECAUTO include the detail engineering, supplying the materials and carrying out work in workshops.
